All projects on Luminairy are priced on a fixed fee basis. Candidates and companies are expected to define the scope of each of the project milestones before the actual work begins. Having a good understanding of the scope will help estimate the effort and time requirements, and, therefore, will enable both parties to arrive to a mutually acceptable price for the project.

You will need to provide a title for your project, and fill out Project Description and Desired Deliverables / Key Milestones sections. The title should only include a short headline for your project, e.g. “Marketing Strategy”. Note, that your Company Overview (see Profile section) will be automatically added to your project posting. Project Description should include as many details as possible - what needs to be accomplished, what inputs will be available, what methodologies or techniques should be utilized etc. You can also attach files, if you need to. Desired Deliverables / Key Milestones should present your view on milestones or phases breakdown, and the final work product you expect to receive per each milestone. In addition, make sure to use Industry tags and Skill tags to highlight specific industry experience and skills you expect the ideal candidate to have. Finally, you can review and modify your project posting at any time later.
